The platform provides Oumra package discovery, registration, payment schedules, a dashboard, document tracking, reminders and customer support.

Prices, dates and availability are indicative and may change until final confirmation. Third-party changes (hotels, airlines, authorities) may affect services.

Payments are allocated to the selected package or service. Installment plans are commercial payment facilities — they are not a banking product, savings account, loan or investment product.

You must provide a valid passport and all required documents. Inaccurate or incomplete information may cause delays or refusal.

Oumra Senegal does not guarantee visa issuance. Decisions rest with the embassies, consulates, ministries and competent Saudi authorities.

Dates, hotels, airlines, transport and regulations may change due to third parties or authorities. Oumra Senegal will inform you as soon as possible.

You must provide accurate information, meet payment deadlines, submit requested documents and comply with applicable travel rules.

Oumra Senegal uses reasonable efforts to deliver the service but cannot be held liable for authority decisions, partner changes (hotels, airlines), force majeure, user errors or third-party outages.

Fraud, forged documents, identity theft, unlawful use and any behavior harmful to the platform or other users are strictly prohibited.

The website, content, trademarks, visuals, code and design are protected. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Oumra Senegal may suspend or terminate an account in case of fraud, non-payment, misuse or illegal conduct.

Oumra Senegal is not liable for events beyond its reasonable control (disasters, conflicts, authority decisions, pandemics, border closures).
